The brief
A Laravel platform that turns Salla shop orders into Telegram notices, with sending rules for each bot by shop, status and product. Staff claim an order and change its status from the dashboard or from Telegram, with scoped permissions, alerts for late orders, staff performance reports, an audit log and two-step login.
